The Brief

Set up and manage an affiliate program for Which? acquiring new subscribers at a fixed cost per free trialist. Secondary KPIs of 3rd and 4th month pay up. Optimise existing channels and identify new opportunities for growth & expansion.

The Campaign

Targeted affiliate sites who had ABC1 over 50’s homeowner traffic. Identified regular targeted tenancy options to boost volume of sales. Created a mixture of incentivised and non-incentivised traffic to hit the overall blended CPA.

  • Running with over 220 carefully selected affiliate partners
  • Significantly exceeded all KPI targets by month 3 of taking over control of the program
  • Added over 10k subscribers in 2015 alone
